A three-story shopping plaza that displays neon signs from defunct stores around Las Vegas. The center is nearly empty except for a multiplex theatre, Jillian's restaurant and sports bar, and a jewelry store. There is a parking garage underground and they will validate your parking if you eat at the restaurant.
